I plan on blogging daily in order to remember my year better. I used to do that back when livejournal was the ish and never missed anything. I'm now three days late, but I plan on catching up.

We rang in the new year at Carmen's house. Drank far too much, Bambi pushed me to stand next to cute boy (who became my midnight kiss), stayed up til 6am. We spent the night at Carmen's and had pizza for breakfast at 1:00 in the afternoon. We eventually trekked back north and spend the rest of the day sleeping and relaxing. Bambi likes to instigate things and was bothering mister midnight kiss about us. It's just her nature, she can't help it.



Sometime around 8:00 we decided that it was time for dinner. Dinner, in blondie and bambi land, consists of summer sausage, cheese, and mozzarella sticks. Very nutritious, I know. We watched far too much law & order and ended the night with Full Metal Jacket because Rick had never seen it. Movies just aren't made like that any more. I have a deep love for Stanley Kubrick. After the movie, we started watching old SNL of Adam Sandler. Still funny, no matter how many times you watch it.

I got a random text from best friend's boyfriend saying that he's going to be in Miami and wants to have dinner with Jose, Christy and me. I'm not exactly looking forward to this, but I will go along with it. Kill them with kindness, right?

I love random lazy nights with Bambi and Ricky. This was definitely the best way to start off my new year. 2011 is going to be great, I can feel it.
