Monday means back to reality. It also means that there are wonderfully amazing TV shows on.
Work was the same as always. One of my New Year Resolutions will be to actually dress professionally for work and only wear jeans on Fridays when it's acceptable. It makes me feel better about myself.
After work, I went on the hunt for a briefcase for my interview on Wednesday. None that I found are feminine enough and this makes me very sad. Also the only ones I liked were bright colors; not very professional. Since it's TV night, I went to pick up a bottle of wine to share with some of my favorites. There is nothing better than Papa John's Pizza, Moscatto, crappy teenage dramas, girl talk, manicures and best friends. Favorite Cousin and Adopted Cousin arrived just in time for TV. I think we did more talking than TV watching though.
After PLL was over, Bambi decided she wanted to iron Favorite Cousin's hair. It came out beautifully, but there was a lot of stopping thanks to Eclipse playing in the background. I think we rewound the shirtless parts 10 times each. I love girls nights.
I totally missed the meteor shower. I'm sure that Personal Jesus will not be pleased. He thinks I'm ignoring him, but really I'm not. My phone dies and I forget to respond to texts. I'm a bad friend.
